For out of network patients we will submit your claims for you.

We are members of Multiplan – If you have the MultiPlan logo on your Aetna, Cigna, United, or other major health insurance card we offer out of network services at a reduced rate (you are still responsible for any unmet deductibles or co-payments that may apply)
