roasted Brussels sprouts

An easy and yummy way to serve a healthy vegetable
Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds of brussels sprouts
- 1-2 tablespoons of EVOO
- Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat overn to 400 degrees F
- Cut the brussels sprouts in half
- toss with EVOO, sea salt and pepper
- Pour onto cookie sheet coated with non-stick spray
- Bake 35-45 minutes until brown and crispy
- Add more sea salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy
